Restoring Lives Worship Center

Our mission

Why we are here.

Who we are, what God has called us to, and what we do.

Who we are

Restoring Lives Worship Center is a community-based church, centred on the joy and love of God. We welcome you with open arms, because Jesus himself not only loves you, He wants to have a relationship with you.

Our foundation

"Those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In." (Isaiah 58:12)

We are called to be restorers: of broken lives and broken homes. No one is beyond the reach of God.

Our vision

To impact, build and refine leaders: teaching them, and pouring into them, until they go on to lead. In the words of our handbook, our vision is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, until we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God (Ephesians 4:11-13).

  • Building the Kingdom of God by reaching the lost through preaching, teaching, a new beginners' class and discipleship
  • Going into all the world to make disciples of all nations, without discrimination (Matthew 28:19-20)
  • A feeding programme, a home for abused women, and a ministry to young people, to save the future generations
  • A Couples' Ministry, a Singles' Ministry, a Youth Ministry to empower tomorrow's leaders, and a Children's Ministry
  • A large sanctuary that can hold thousands, with buses and vans for those without their own transport
  • Planting churches wherever God gives us the opportunity, so that those He calls may exercise their gifts for His glory

"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." (Ephesians 4:11–12)

Our mission

Restorer of broken lives, broken homes, raising up leaders.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19)

Go into all the world

"And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.'" (Mark 16:15)

Bishop Omar Elliott has preached the gospel in America, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean, and the church gives to missions at home and abroad.
