Founder & Senior Pastor

Bishop Omar Elliott

Bishop Omar Ricardo Elliott and his wife, Overseer Elizabeth Elliott, oversee four churches: Restoring Lives Worship Center UK in London and in Goodmayes, Ilford, Restoring Lives Worship Center CT in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and Restoring Lives Worship Center VA in Ashburn, Virginia, where lives are transformed through revelation of the word of God.

He holds an Associate degree in Theology, and is the Principal of the Academy of Influence International in the United Kingdom.

He was born in Kingston, Jamaica. During his teenage years he did his own thing, and got involved in selling drugs and hanging out. He immigrated to the United States in the early nineties, where he continued to live the same lifestyle.

Raising up leaders

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry.”

Ephesians 4:11–12

Into all the world

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

Matthew 28:19

Giving from the United States

Zelle and Cash App

Friends of the ministry in the US can give to the Bishop’s ministry straight from their phone.

These are personal gifts to Bishop Elliott’s ministry, not donations to the church’s charity, so they are not tax-deductible and are not eligible for Gift Aid. To give to the church, use the Give page.
